You never get a second chance to make a first impression, they say. With their initial project for Cascade in 1999, Binary Science installed and activated a primary server while Cascade owner Brad Nelson warily oversaw the entire tedious process, first-hand. Having proved, with that first job, an ability to not only do quality work, but also to earn a client's trust, Binary Science became Cascade's acting IT department, managing networks, hardware and software for nearly 300 employees at their corporate office and call center. And the impression Binary Science continues to make in this long-standing relationship is still as good as it was after that first day in 1999.
